Each pair comes sized for convenience and can be trimmed for a more customized fit. For the best it, choose the size range that includes your shoe size and trim the insert as needed. Slip them into everyday shoes, work shoes or boots for an extra layer of natural wool comfort.

Care: Air your wool inserts between wears as needed. Spot clean with mild soap and cool water, then allow them to air dry completely before returning them to your shoes.
